Tom Curran — the full profile
A genuine two-skill player lets a captain chase match-ups without breaking the XI's shape. Bat deep or bowl a full spell — the option itself bends how opponents set their side.
The road here ran through the global T20 franchise circuit, where short contracts reward players who adapt in days, not weeks, and it shows in the way the role is played: the basics are protected under pressure, even when the match demands improvisation.
Selection logic at Quetta Gladiators starts with balance, and Saud Shakeel's sides usually reflect it: the bowling attack is rotated by venue more than by reputation.

Tom Curran and PSL 12
Neutral fans should circle Quetta Gladiators's fixtures against Peshawar Zalmi: those are the games where selection gambles get exposed, and where squad depth stops being a theory. The telling stat will not be the headline one. It will be performance in the phase this player is actually bought for — and whether it survives contact with the playoffs.
