The officials who run the game — appearances, panels and records
PSL records →Nobody notices good umpiring, which is the point. The PSL's playing control teams mix ICC Elite Panel officials with the PCB's own international and elite panels, and the league has one genuine giant of the profession in its history: Aleem Dar, who stood in a record 81 PSL matches across the league's first ten seasons before retiring after PSL 10 (2025), having earlier stepped down from the ICC Elite Panel in 2023. Dar also holds world records for Tests and ODIs officiated.
For PSL 10 the PCB named 13 umpires and seven match referees for the group stage, including Elite Panel umpires Ahsan Raza, Paul Reiffel and Kumar Dharmasena, and Elite Panel referees Ranjan Madugalle and Roshan Mahanama. The PSL 12 panel will be announced by the PCB before the season and added here with the announcement date.
