Dian Forrester was named in the Rawalpindiz squad for the first eight-team season in league history, a group that finished the league stage in eighth place with 0 points. The season never matched the auction-day ambition in Rawalpindi.
About Dian Forrester
A genuine two-skill player lets a captain chase match-ups without breaking the XI's shape. Bat deep or bowl a full spell — the option itself bends how opponents set their side.
What stands out on the training ground is consistency of method, the product of a development path through the global T20 franchise circuit, where short contracts reward players who adapt in days, not weeks: the workload is managed like a senior professional's, whatever the birth certificate says.
Inside the Rawalpindiz XI, the fit is shaped by Mohammad Rizwan's habits: the top order is given licence early and accountability late.

Why some lines say PENDING: this guide refuses to estimate career numbers. If the PCB, ESPNcricinfo, Wisden or a checked record list has not published it, the line waits.
There is a home-ground education every Rawalpindiz player absorbs — Rawalpindi Cricket Stadium rewards some habits and punishes others, and the learning curve is part of the season.
Dian Forrester and PSL 12
A title defence, a rebuild, a point to prove — every franchise carries a label into PSL 12. For Rawalpindiz, the label matters less than the first fortnight, when Karachi Kings-calibre opposition usually exposes weak combinations. The telling stat will not be the headline one. It will be performance in the phase this player is actually bought for — and whether it survives contact with the playoffs.
