Tayyab Arif — the full profile
Depth wins long tournaments. A 44-match season with travel between up to six venues tests every name on the roster, and squad players who stay ready tend to decide at least one match each season.
The road here ran through franchise and domestic cricket inside Pakistan, where a single strong season can redraw a career, and it shows in the way the role is played: the basics are protected under pressure, even when the match demands improvisation.
Inside the Hyderabad Kingsmen XI, the fit is shaped by Marnus Labuschagne's habits: match-ups are hunted aggressively, even at the cost of a settled XI.

Tayyab Arif and PSL 12
The season's shape — ten league matches, a four-team playoff squeeze — means slow starts are punished harder than ever; Hyderabad Kingsmen's early fixtures, with sides like Peshawar Zalmi and Islamabad United in the rotation, will set the tone. The honest measure will be the big moments — a qualifier, a chase under lights, a final over. That is where squad reputations in this league are made.
